Session & Tuition Policies
Registration
Annual $50 Family Registration Fee is due at the time you register for any class or session and is non-refundable.
Fee is prorated by the session (Fall: $50, Winter: $37.50, Spring: $25, Summer:$12.50) and is in effect from September through August.
Session Tuition
Class Program-Session Enrollment is on-going and tuition is prorated accordingly. Class Programs run for 42 weeks from September through June and consist of 41 weekly classes and our Spring Show.
Session tuition is paid in three (3) installments over the course of the year (due dates posted on session calendar)
Early Bird Discounts are available if payment is received on or before the Early Bird Discount Deadline (posted on our session calendar) -postmarks do NOT count!
Tuition payment is due two weeks prior to the start of each session to guarantee your spot. If payment is not received at this time, your slot will NOT be guaranteed for the upcoming session and may be given to the next person on the waiting list.
Full Session Tuition Payment must be received in full by 1st day of session in order to participate in class
Progressive Development Program / 2-Hour Class Tuition
Tuition is comprised of the full 42 week season and divided into ten (10) equal payments of $115/month due on or befoe the first of each month from September-June.
Early Bird Discount is available if payment is received on before the 25th of the month prior.
Payment Policies
Sibling Discount: 1st child pays regular session tuition price ~ siblings received 10% off
2nd Class Discount: Children taking more than one class per session receive 20% off 2nd class
Early Bird Discount: $10 may be deducted from session tuition if received on or BEFORE Early Bird Deadline Date
Late Fee Charge: $15.00 late fee charged to all accounts for payments received 7 days after due date
Service Charge: $25.00 fee for all returned checks
Refund Policy
$50 Annual Registration Fee is NOT REFUNDABLE. Otherwise, tuition payments will be refunded in accordance with the following schedule:

General Rules & Policies
Make-up Policy
In order to maintain our low student-teacher ratio, we are unable to place children in other classes for make-ups. There will be no refunds, credits or pro-rating for missed classes unless due to SERIOUS ILLNESS. If this is the case, please contact the office as soon as possible to make arrangements.
Communication
Please make it your priority to check regularly for announcements, special dates & deadlines and/or other important information. Information will be posted on our website, in the gym and/or handed out at class.
Dress Code
Girls Gymnastics - leotards, barefoot, hair tied back, no jewelry, no tights, leggings or tutus
Cheerleading Class - sneakers, shorts, shirt (tucked in), no jewelry, hair tied back
Boys Gymnastics -shorts and t-shirts, barefoot – no oversized clothing, no buckles, snaps or zippers
Cancellations
Please call the office (978 649-7722) to verify whether classes have been cancelled due to inclement weather. A message will be left on our machine ~ IF classes have been cancelled. These classes will not be rescheduled nor will credit be given unless excessive cancellations occur within one session. While everyone’s safety is our first priority, every attempt will be made to hold classes as scheduled.
Lost & Found
Absolute Gymnastics Academy is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles – check the lost found basket promptly as it is emptied out once a month!
Observation
You are welcome to observe from our waiting room at any time ~ However, please be aware that the windows will be covered in the spring as we prepare for our Spring Show.
Parents are responsible for the safety, conduct and clean-up of their children at all times.
There is no running or gymnastics allowed in the waiting room!
